What is the standard shipping time for HDZero hardware?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on digital FPV equipment?
Yes, all HDZero VTX and camera modules come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from crashes or improper soldering.
What is your return policy for electronics?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Once an electronic component has been soldered or powered on, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Are your products compatible with other digital FPV systems?
HDZero uses a specialized low-latency digital protocol. While our hardware is designed to work seamlessly within the HDZero ecosystem, our goggles also support analog modules via the expansion bay.
